The lobby is very spacious and bright with some vintage gold-rimmed crystal chandelier. The ceiling window and marble makes it look elegant. A few sets of black leather sofa along with ceramic vases on the coffee table as decoration. The hotel has merged in wooden element to make it even elegant. The room that we stay is very clean and spacious. You also can enjoy the city view through the window at your room. A plate full of tropical fruits was prepared by the hotel for us to taste it. It is so sweet and makes us feel so happy. Some of the hardware in their room need to be improved such as there is too few power outlets in the room. Nowadays, people have a lot of electronic gadget such as camera, tablet, and hand phone and so on. When we recall the night that we stay that Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang makes us feel that it is like a home that you feel so familiar with.

虽然是槟城长荣桂冠是国际老牌酒店，设计不算新颖，设施也不算太新，但是酒店积极采取逐步装修改善的措施。目前酒店装修餐厅，并计划在九月份重新开张及推出新餐饮，接着将会根据进度改善每一楼层的设备，满足顾客对客房的需求。相信来日酒店装潢后，一定会让人感到惊喜。

Although Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang is not a new hotel brand and the design is a little bit old school, but they still take lots of action to improve their hotel facilities. Now, they are renovating their hotel restaurant. It will be done and reopen at September along with new menu. After that, they also will renovate their hotel room floor by floor for their customer satisfaction. We believe that you can see a brand new hotel after their renovation and impressed you.
